About John M. Chludzinski
John has been a full time Realtor for nearly 20 years. After a successful career on Wall Street, John transitioned to a field that he loves – helping clients find the perfect property for them – whether it is a rental, a purchase, an investment or a commercial property. He loves a challenge, and matching buyers and sellers in a win-win situation to create a sale transaction is among the most challenging of careers.
John is a member of the Middlesex County Multiple Listing System, the TREND MLS, Garden State MLS and the Monmouth-Ocean County MLS. He serves the Central New Jersey marketplace in the counties of Middlesex, Monmouth, Somerset, Mercer and Union.
Active in the industry, John served on the board of directors of the Middlesex County Multiple Listing System for 10 years, and is its’ past President. He has consistently ranked in the top 5-10 percent of the real estate agents in Middlesex County, and received the Distinguished Sales Club Award from the New Jersey Association of Realtors.
From 2004 to early 2015 John was a partner in an independent real estate agency with two locations, managing the East Brunswick office. Now the owner of Winding River Realty, he and his team of experienced agents are committed to delivering the most professional, caring service available in the industry.
