Sometimes, the unexpected happens while showing homes.  Recently, while showing a condo in Hoboken to prospective buyers, we visited the common rooftop deck on the 6th floor.  Unfortunately, the access door locked behind us, trapping us on the roof without a key.  The only way to get down was to leap over the parapet to the adjacent building and then use that building’s roof door to exit down to the street again.  Luckily my clients were young and vigorous!
